What is a zine?
A zine or fanzine is a collection of artworks and written works made for fans by fans. It can be a physical copy, digital copy, or both. This one will be digital.
Will this be free, for profit, or for charity?
This project will be free.
Will OCs, other character/s, and/or ships be featured?
Yes, OCs, other characters, and additional ships from the NuCarnival universe are allowed so long as the main focus of the piece is Edmond.
Are there any content restrictions?
No. All content is welcome! Anything from the fluffiest fluff to the deadest dove will be allowed. We will require all pieces to be tagged appropriately with all necessary triggers and content warnings.
Who is allowed to apply?
Everyone must be 18+ in order to participate.
Why are minors not allowed?
As the source material features NSFW content, the zine will likely be NSFW focused as well. We will not be allowing minors to participate for the safety of themselves and everyone involved.
Do I need to have zine experience to apply?
No, we are happy to welcome anyone with or without experience. We believe that everyone starts somewhere.
Do I need to have Discord?
Yes, all contributors and mods must have a discord account. Discord will be the key platform for communication with contributors throughout the zine period.
Can I apply for more than one position?
Applicants may apply for multiple roles and submit multiple pieces.
Is there anything else I should know?
This zine is proship and pro fiction. Harassment or Hate speech of any kind will not be tolerated.
